Introduction H2O2-bleach Stablizer RH-1201, non-silicone H2O2 bleach stablizer, is complex of several polymeric compounds, applied in H2O2-bleach process of cotton and its blended fabrics.
Advantage
(1) It has good stability, controlling the rapidly decomposing of H2O2 effectively.
(2) Convenient usage, with no stain to the equipment. It will not produce silicate scale.
(3) The bleached textile has excellent whiteness, soft handle feeling, with little degradation of fibers.
Basic Character
Appearance: Colourless to light yellow transparent liquid
Ionic: weak anionic
PH Value: 6.0-7.0 (1% water solution)
Dissolution: Dissolve in water in any proportion.
Use Area
(1) H2O2-bleach of pad steaming process and cold-pad-batch for the cotton, hemp and terylene/cotton tatting fabrics.
(2) H2O2-bleach technique of dipping process for cotton and its blended knitting fabrics.
Usage amount for reference
H2O2-bleach Stablizer RH-1201: 1-5g/L (According to the amount of H2O2 and different technique).
Package 50Kg or 120Kg Plastic Barrel.
Storage Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. One year of storage period
